Maps.me opens one of the most challenging positions - Head of global sales. A few months ago we launched a great solution for businesses - local advertising in Maps.me and now gonna change the whole market of hyperlocal advertising with our simple and highly effective product! It performs great, businesses can get clients right from the map and we want to spread it around the world. You will have to create global sales and carry our high revenue goals!
- Build a sales department from scratch. You will have to work both with Enterprise clients and Small and Medium businesses;
- Setting up sales process worldwide. Our top regions are Europe, CIS, South America and potential clients are located everywhere;
- Develop KPI and motivational system for a sales team;
- Implement a CRM system which supports all the needs of the sales purposes in Maps.me;
- Constantly search for the ways to increase not only a client base but also live time value of each client;
- Working directly with Product Manager, CMO and Support team to share feedback about local ads platform;
- Execute ambitious revenue plans;
- Day to day management of the team (setting tasks and checking the results).
- 3+ years of experience as the head of sales in an international company;
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyse from large data sets. Excel should be your best friend;
- Advanced level of spoken English (additional languages are welcome);
- System approach to the job;
- You should be strong in personal and team time-management;
- Great communicational skills: you will have to negotiate with the Top management of international companies.
